We sell and ship FitFlop products only within Australia and New Zealand. No shipments can be made outside these countries. For other international destinations, please contact www.thefitflop.com for your closest distributor.

Delivery Information
Order will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt by post for Australian orders, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery (dependent on delivery location). Express Post orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. New Zealand orders will be dispatched by International Express Post, please allow up to 21 working days for delivery (dependent on delivery location).
Freight on orders sent by Australia post is $5.50, express post orders are $15.00
Orders that are refused or not received when delivery was attempted will be subject to a $15.00 return and restocking fee. This is to cover the cost of shipping the order back to us and the labour involved in handling your order.
Orders that are shipped to an incorrectly supplied delivery address will also be subjected to a $25.00 fee for return and re-shipping.
Privacy
When you place an order, we collect contact information such as your shipping and email addresses, and financial information, such as your credit card details. Credit card numbers are not stored by Shopify (through which this online store runs) or Turf’N’Surf Wear. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information to our customers and to get in touch with them when necessary. Financial information is used to bill the customers for products.
Turf’N’Surf Wear does not provide third parties with you personal details. If you do not wish to receive further information about our brands please deselect the button under ‘Keep me updated’ when purchasing.
Returns and Refund Policy
Faulty Products: In the event of receipt of a faulty product, the customer should notify Turf’n’Surf Wear within 7 days of receipt of the order. The product must be returned for Q&A assessment before a claim will be accepted. The original invoice must be returned with the goods. A replacement product will be dispatched once the claim has been processed, or a refund given (if requested).
Incorrect shipment: In the event of receipt of an incorrect delivery, the customer should notify Turf’n’Surf Wear within 7 days of receipt of the order. The goods should be returned for Q&A assessment and with all packaging intact and in a saleable condition. The original invoice must be returned with the goods. The correct product will be dispatched once the claim has been processed.
Exchanges: Turf’n’Surf Wear must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the original product if an exchange for a different size, colour or style is required. Exchanges will be subject to availability and Q&A assessment of the returned goods that they are in a saleable condition. The goods are to be returned to Turf’n’Surf Wear at the customer’s cost and an express post bag must be included for the new delivery.
Refunds: Please note – we do not refund if you change your mind so please choose carefully.
Payment Methods
Payment for on-line sales is available by using Visa and Mastercard only. American Express credit cards are not accepted. At the time your order is placed, an authorization number is requested from the credit card company for the full amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs in real time.
Other terms and conditions
Turf’N’Surf Wear reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the FitFlop on-line store at any time. No “TurfN’Surf Wear employee or agent has the authority to vary any pricing, policies or terms and conditions of sale.

Care Instructions for the Billow
1. The FitFlop Billow has been coated with 3M Scotchguard protector and also has a durable rubber outsole. You can wear your Billows indoors as slippers or outdoors as boots. (Just roll the cuff up, and away you go.)
2. 3M’s Scotchguard protects against stains and water damage as also increases water resistance, but it will not make your Billows waterproof, so it’s best to avoid wearing them in snow or heavy rain.
3. In the event that your Billows do become damp, just dry them in a warm airy area avoiding direct sunlight. (As with all natural products, sun can cause colour fading.)
4. Stuffing your Billows with paper towels while they are drying will help them maintain their shape and keep that ‘brand new’ look.
5. Just like wool – which is one of nature’s best insulators – sheepskin fibers wick away moisture from your feet keeping them drier and more comfortable.
6. FitFlop Billows can be worn with or without socks, but we recommend that you wear them with woolen socks to keep the insides fresh and dry.
7. We do not recommend machine washing or drying for your Billows. Instead, lightly brush the outside to remove dirt, mud or salt stains.
